Refrigeration built by engineering
We manufacture evaporators, condensers, dry coolers and water and steam coils. Every unit starts with a thermal calculation, is built on our own line and is tested before dispatch.
We design for hard conditions
Blast tunnels, cold rooms and process lines mean humidity, salt and uninterrupted running. We size the unit against those conditions and set the fin spacing and the circuit layout against the operating temperature.
Every stage from the thermal calculation to the paint runs under one roof. That shortens the lead time and keeps it clear where responsibility sits when something goes wrong.

MANUFACTURING
Capabilities
Fin and circuit design
Capacity, fin spacing and circuit count are set by a thermal calculation for every project.
CNC fin production
Aluminium and copper fins are pressed with our own dies, to a repeatable tolerance.
Robotic welding
Header and casing joints are welded in a robot cell, to fixed parameters.
Pressure and leak testing
Every coil is pressurised under dry nitrogen and checked for leaks.
Capacity test chamber
Units are measured under real air and refrigerant conditions and compared against the catalogue values.
Paint and surface treatment
Casing and fin surfaces are protected with electrostatic paint and coating for corrosive environments.
