Every unit we build leaves one building in Ergene: the thermal calculation, the welding and the capacity test all happen here. Below are the plant's stations and the trades we look for at each one.

Design
Capacity, fin spacing and circuit count are set by a thermal calculation for every project; the manufacturing drawings come out here.

Aluminium and copper fins are pressed with our own dies, to a repeatable tolerance.

Testing
Every coil is pressurised under dry nitrogen; units are measured under real conditions in the capacity test chamber.
